Born in Iowa City, Iowa to Dr. Hayes A. Newby and Jean Newby; raised in Palo Alto, California; attended Barron Park Elementary School, Wilbur Junior High School, Menlo School and Cubberley High School; graduated from Stanford University with a major in Communications and a minor in Speech & Drama; worked in advertising in New York City (J. Walter Thompson, William Esty Co.); ran a television/film production company in Florida then moved it to Southern California (Newby's Movies); started, and still operates, an acoustical contracting company in Los Angeles (Coustic-Glo). Married Mary Ann Trischetta (Trish) in 1982; oldest daughter J.J. is married and raising two wonderful Grandchildren in Virginia; younger daughter Shannon is married and raising two more wonderful Grandchildren in Florida. Past President (7 years) of our motorhome club, Komfort Kruisers. Very active member of the Rotary Club of Simi Sunrise.

Born and raised in Valhalla, New York (just north of White Plains) to Sandy and Fannie Trischetta. She graduated from White Plains High School and attended Westchester College. Trish worked as an Eastern Airlines flight attendant until the airline folded. And married Jeff in 1982 She is now CEO and majority stockholder of our company. She loves to garden and cook and camp in the motorhome. An attentive step-mother and thrilled to be Grandma Trish to the Grandkids.
